I cannot say enough great things about Maya! I first met her when I tried to brave the real estate world on my own. I found a house that she was selling and it just went off from there. She immediately asked the title company for me and together we found out it was a scam. It's nice to know someone has your back like that. My wife and I are only a couple days away from signing the final closing docs on our old place in Oakland. We had a great experience with our agent and would highly recommend her for anyone looking either to buy or sell. Just to give you some small details. Our place went pending in about ~ 10 days. We are wrapping up closing is less than 20, and are extremely pleased with not only what our place went for but the communication and enthusiasm we received.
